Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (except on weekends, bank holidays and customized products). An e-mail notification will be sent upon shipment along with a tracking number, allowing you to track your new items! 

Additional delivery times (between 4 to 6 days depending on the location) may apply. GALANTE is not liable for delivery delays on the part of the courier. Moreover, we ask that our Customer Service is informed as quickly as possible of any or all non-delivery or delivery delay in excess of 8 business days

GALANTE is not responsible for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval. 

Any or all complaints made 30 days after the date on which your order was confirmed shall not be considered. Once you receive your order, please check its conditions to ensure that it matches the item(s) ordered and provide details of any possible anomalies (i.e Open Parcel, Damaged Products, Wrong Color/Item).

As a company that works with small artisans, we offer exchanges and refunds within 14 days of receiving the product. The products must be returned with the purchase receipt or a photocopy, in the original condition and packaging (Must be unworn and unwashed), to the following address:

The cost of taxes and duties are included in every order. If you are located in the following locations, you will not need to pay any additional fees:

European Union, USA, Canada, China, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, U.A.E, Japan and Mexico.

If you are ordering within your own customs zone or country, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the UK and the USA, these are included at checkout.

If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the countries listed above), the price you pay to GALANTE will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.
